Como asesores fiscales internacionales, les informamos de que el Comité Económico y Social Europeo (CESE) aprueba el «Paquete de medidas para una fiscalidad justa y sencilla» en la Unión Europea.
El CESE apoya ampliamente las propuestas legislativas de la Comisión y elogia su coordinación con los debates globales llevados a cabo por la OCDE. El Comité está de acuerdo con el planteamiento de la Comisión de que la buena gobernanza fiscal, base de una fiscalidad justa, requiere transparencia fiscal mediante el intercambio de información entre las autoridades fiscales, una competencia fiscal leal, la ausencia de medidas fiscales perjudiciales, medidas fiscales más eficaces, y la aplicación de normas acordadas internacionalmente.
Además, el Comité considera que “una unión monetaria eficaz requiere una política fiscal coherente y la consistencia entre las normas fiscales de sus miembros«.
