En España es posible comprar inmuebles con bitcoins, aunque no es habitual
El bitcoin está de moda. Incluso, el Gobierno pone el foco en la fiscalidad de las criptomonedas al incluir la obligación de informar sobre las operaciones realizadas con monedas digitales en el polémico Modelo 720. Aunque, la CNMV y el Banco de España advierten del riesgo que tiene invertir en este tipo de divisas.
Muchos negocios empiezan a aceptar los bitcoins como forma de pago, y ahora en España, es posible compra un inmueble con bitcoins, aunque no todos los públicos están abiertos a estas transacciones por la inestabilidad del precio de la criptomoneda y la escasa legislación existente.
Para quienes acepten esta forma de pago existen una serie de cuestiones a tener en cuenta. La primera, una vez pactada la compra entre vendedor y comprado, para que la adquisición se ajuste a la legalidad deberá registrarse en euros, es decir, habrá que traducir la moneda a la divisa local, en la Unión Europea, esta acción no conlleva IVA.
Otra de las claves es el momento de la transferencia del comprador al vendedor. La volatilidad del precio aconseja fijar el momento exacto en el que hacer la traducción a euros ante notario para poder escriturar el inmueble de manera legal.
