La pandemia ha planteado desafíos inéditos a las áreas de recursos humanos. En este contexto, las políticas de expatriados adquieren un valor clave dentro de las organizaciones.
Las compañías han puesto el foco en regular nuevas fórmulas de desplazamientos, utilizar la movilidad como palanca para el desarrollo de talento y optimizar el modelo incorporando los últimos avances tecnológicos.
«La movilidad internacional no se debe entender de forma aislada, sino conectada al resto de políticas de recursos humanos y enlazada con aspectos de compensación, talento y desarrollo, y con las demás áreas de la organización», según señaló una consultora de reconocido prestigio.
Así, explicó que los departamentos de movilidad internacional deben convertirse en un socio estratégico de las unidades de negocio, dando un giro a su rol dentro de las empresas subrayando que la tecnología es clave para incrementar la eficiencia e integrar todos los proveedores de servicios de la compañía en una única herramienta.
La situación provocada por la pandemia ha sobrepasado los protocolos y planes de contingencia de las compañías en materia de movilidad.
En cualquier caso, cada vez más empresas son conscientes de los aspectos que deben integrar estos planes. En la actualidad, un programa de movilidad internacional se basa en tres elementos claves: los planes de negocio de la compañía, la estrategia de recursos humanos y las necesidades y expectativas de los empleados.
