Como asesores fiscales internacionales, les informamos que, según la última estadística mercantil del Colegio de Registradores de España, la creación de empresas en España alcanzó las 8.805 constituciones en febrero, un 2,3% más que los datos del mismo mes en 2020 (previa situación al COVID-19).
Por comunidades, doce regiones muestran una evolución positiva en la puesta en marcha de sociedades. Entre las comunidades con más peso, se encuentra Madrid, con 2.093 constituciones, de manera que aumenta un 4,7%. En contraste, Cataluña, con 1.559, desciende un 9,9%, mientras que Andalucía y la Comunidad Valenciana, con 1.474 y 1.116, aumentan el 14,6% y 5,4%, respectivamente.
Con esta subida, se vuelve a la tónica de crecimientos que tenía este indicador desde agosto, solo interrumpida por los retrocesos de octubre (-7,5%) y enero (-9,2%).
Las ampliaciones de capital siguen mostrando una tasa negativa, -2,2%, al igual que el resto de los periodos analizados desde el inicio de la pandemia, y los concursos de acreedores muestran una estabilización, con un mínimo descenso del 0,3% anual.
En cuanto a la distinción referente a si los concursos fueron voluntarios o necesarios, los primeros sumaron en febrero, 268 inscripciones, con un descenso del 9,5% sobre el mes anterior, y los concursos necesarios inscritos en febrero fueron 110, con un aumento del 11,1% sobre enero de 2021.
