CEOE insta al Gobierno a impulsar la colaboración con las empresas para una canalización de los fondos ágil y eficaz
Los empresarios desconfían del destino que pueda dar el Gobierno a los fondos europeos de reconstrucción. Por esta razón, la patronal CEOE reclamó este martes al Ejecutivo que los empresarios puedan gestionar de forma directa el 60% de los mismos. Es decir, 43.200 millones de euros de los 72.000 millones previstos por la Unión Europea de ayudas sin condiciones para España hasta 2023. Hay otro segundo tramo de 68.000 millones de euros en forma de préstamo para los tres años posteriores, hasta 2026.
Íñigo Fernández de Mesa, vicepresidente y responsable de la Comisión de Economía de CEOE, advirtió este martes al Gobierno de «la necesidad de utilizar los recursos de forma eficiente, buscando su máximo potencial, de forma que vayan mayoritariamente destinados al sector privado y no se usen para inversiones públicas que no sean productivas».
Los empresarios calculan que, tal como está ahora la propuesta del Gobierno sobre la utilización de estos recursos, el Ejecutivo y las comunidades autónomas absorberán un 50% de los mismos (36.000 millones). Para los empresarios, este reparto de los fondos «limitaría el efecto palanca deseado» de la inversión y «el efecto tractor» de los proyectos que se presenten.
Fernández de Mesa presentó el Documento marco de la patronal para la recuperación, la transformación y la resiliencia de la economía española, que los empresarios han entregado al Gobierno, para luchar contra los efectos económicos de la epidemia del coronavirus.
