Frankie Merchán

Frankie Merchán Mc Kenna is a Corporate advisor with experience in corporate and insolvency law.

Throughout his career, he has worked in:

• Legal advice to national and international companies.
• Corporate governance and secretarial duties for boards of Directors.
• Foreign investments in Spain.
• Incorporations, dissolutions, and liquidations of companies, asset sales.

He graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and completed the double Master’s Degree in Law and Legal Practice at the European University of Madrid. Additionally, he specialized in Compliance and risk management after completing a specialized course at the same university. During his studies, he gained deep knowledge of commercial law, further strengthened by his participation in notarial exams.
