Inmaculada Pineda

Inmaculada Pineda joined the firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2017.

Her practice, with a strong international character, has focused on:

• Tax advice to companies and business groups, both national and international 
• Tax advice and estate planning to high-net-worth individuals  
• Tax advice to foreign investors  
• Real estate investment structures  

Inmaculada provides general tax advice to high-net-worth individuals, as well as advice on estate planning and tax obligations. In the international field, she has experience and actively participates in the tax advice to national companies, multinationals and investment funds with respect to their real estate operations in Spain, as well as in the design of international investment structures. 

She holds a degree in Business Law from the University of Vigo, a master’s degree in Tax Law and Tax Consultancy from the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF), various training and postgraduate courses in the tax area, and has participated in a program on General Management and Leadership at the Cambridge Judge Business School of the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom. 

A lecturer and author of several publications on tax matters, Inmaculada is a regular contributor to the national and international press. 

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM). 

Inmaculada speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and Galician.
