Inmaculada Pineda
Managing Partner
Inmaculada Pineda joined the firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2017.
Her practice, with a strong international character, has focused on:
- Tax advice in the area of international mobility.
- Large estates.
- Tax advice to foreign investors.
Inmaculada provides general tax advice to high net worth individuals, as well as advice on estate planning and tax obligations. In the international field, she has experience and actively participates in the tax advice to national companies, multinationals and investment funds with respect to their real estate operations in Spain, as well as in the design of international investment structures.
Graduated in Business and Economic Law from the University of Vigo, she holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law and Tax Advisory from the Centre for Financial Studies, various courses and postgraduate studies in the field of taxation, and has participated in a programme on General Management and Leadership at the Cambridge Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
She holds a degree in Business Law from the University of Vigo, a Master’s Degree in Tax Law and Tax Consultancy from the Centro de Estudios Financieros, various training and postgraduate courses in the tax area, and has participated in a program on General Management and Leadership at the Cambridge Judge Business School of the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
A lecturer and author of several publications on tax matters, Inmaculada is a regular contributor to the national and international press.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
Inmaculada speaks English, Portuguese and Galician.
