Javier specialises in corporate and commercial law and in asset sale and purchase processes.

Over the years her practice has focused on:

• Legal advice to national and international companies.
• Governance of capital companies and secretaries.
• Foreign investments in Spain.
• Incorporations, dissolutions, liquidations and sale of assets.
• Commercial contracting.

Graduate in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, she completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja.
