Marta Ortiz

Marta specializes in corporate law, commercial law, asset sale/acquisition processes and international business law.

Over the years her practice has focused on:

• Legal advice to national and international companies.
• Governance of capital companies and management of board secretaries.
• Foreign investments in Spain.
• Incorporations, dissolutions, liquidations and sale of assets.
• Sale and purchase of real estate assets.

Graduated in Law and Political Sciences at the CEU San Pablo University of Madrid, she completed the Master of Access to the Legal Profession at the CEU San Pablo University of Madrid. Specializing in commercial law, she completed her studies at the CEU San Pablo University in Madrid with a Master’s Degree in International Business Law.
