- Incorporations, dissolutions, liquidations and sale of assets.
Graduate in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, she completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Specialised in commercial and corporate law, she completed her studies at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (Higher Institute of Law and Economics), where she obtained an expert degree in Commercial Law.
