Roland Wilhelm Gsell is an attorney in the tax practice of B LAW & TAX. He joined the firm in 2023, after practicing law for five years in the tax department of Uría Menéndez.
He is specialized in corporate taxation as well as in the taxation of resident and non-resident individuals. His experience has allowed him to participate in various corporate restructuring transactions, real estate investments and wealth tax planning.
Roland holds a Law Degree from the University of Navarra and has completed the Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Tax Consultancy at the University of Navarra.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
He speaks English and German.
